Job Responsibilities

(1) Comply with and implement relevant national laws and regulations, and comply with and implement relevant rules and regulations of higher-level units and the company


(2) According to the relevant financial management systems of the institute group and the company, refine the implementation rules of the company's financial management (including but not limited to budget management, fund management, fixed asset management, etc.), and carry out financial work


(3) Responsible for the company's tax planning, developing tax planning schemes and tax payment plans, timely identifying possible tax related risks and prompting avoidance


(4) Participate in the review of enterprise investment and financing, guarantees, important project or business contracts, large-scale fund use, company restructuring, property rights transfer, asset restructuring, related party transactions and other matters or contracts, and conduct continuous supervision


(5) Responsible for organizing the consolidation of financial statements, financial final accounts, and other reports required by higher-level groups for the institute group; Organize the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual business analysis reports


(6) Collaborate with the company's human resources department, cooperate with the financial manager to set up the financial accounting organization and manage personnel, organize business training and assessment for relevant personnel, etc


(7) Responsible for reviewing the compliance of financial vouchers


(8) Responsible for organizing the preparation of the company's fund plan and tracking the actual use of funds


(9) Complete other tasks assigned by the leader



Qualifications

(1) Have accumulated more than 5 years of work experience in manufacturing enterprises or equivalent units, and have engaged in financial management or related work for a cumulative period of not less than 5 years


(2) Born after January 1, 1975


(3) Have a bachelor's degree or above in education


(4) Strong financial planning and management skills, as well as strong abilities in investment and financing project planning and risk control


(5) Physically healthy, with good psychological qualities and physical conditions capable of performing duties normally


(6) Meet the qualification requirements stipulated by relevant laws and regulations


(7) For those who are particularly outstanding, their qualifications for the position can be appropriately relaxed
